Catalytic converters stolen from 15 towns: Orleans, St. Johnsbury, Lyndonville, Ryegate, Wells River, Barton, Norwich, Berlin, Barre, Shelburne, and S Burlington - plus, in NH: Lancaster, Lebanon, Keene, and Swanzey.

Car accident in Newark seems to have been the catalyst for the arrest.
