And home owners insurance is so cheap in Vermont. No sarcasm. My insurance in Florida, was 5x because of hurricanes. I have insurance that is 1.5x the value of my house and a 1 million umbrella policy for a little over 150 a month. Car insurance also dirt cheap here.
