I’ve seen them for sale but they’re not super common, there just aren’t many of them and people usually want them

I sold one in Shaw a few years ago. It does happen. They pop up from time to time in the mls

I think it was listed at 45k. It was basically a metal shell on a slab. No power, no water. There was 1 car stored in it.
