But children that harass on the metro or that threw a woman off a bus when she asked them not to be so loud ?

This shows a dangerous attitude that I can't see how they are pushed to this .

Unfortunately, some very rich have tried to help with education, but it's not enough when the situation at home is not very enriching .

The city has a voucher program for housing that you would think could help young families or single moms to live in NW with good schools . But who gets these vouchers ? Unemployed recently homeless many times with mental issues

In the recent past, I would have said education. I still believe that if we had equal access to good public education, it would make such a difference.

These kids should be in school.
There are also for hire signs everywhere, so I don't see excuses or social factors pushing them into crime .

Must be very difficult being a teacher if so many kids are not interested. You are a role model for those who can and will make use of good teachers

ADANA LAMB

Bulgur & Currants, Roasted Cauliflower & Tomatoes, Chimichurri Sauce.

Misleading description under entrees . So I asked shoulder or lamb chops?

Meatballs as in cheap ground lamb .So the dish should be called Adana lamb Meatballs.

Priced around $30 (lunch).

My typical reaction would be to get upset, but instead, I think it has to do with insane rent costs.

But then again, they open for lunch and dinner. Most only dinner.

August bought a 780sf condo in Atlanta. Moved kitchen + full bath + laundry location + knocked down 2 walls + new half bath + new floors + new trim + lifted ceiling some areas. With IKEA kitchen almost 90K and I had a super affordable contractor.

One bathroom in DC recently cost me 16K . I had budgeted 8K. Left original floor.

One bedroom condos in 20009 haven't changed in price, $350-450K typically.

Two bedroom condos $500-750K mostly. A few over that price if over 1000sf .

A 3 bedroom/2 bath is closer to $1M .

My advice is to stay away from any new construction. Pre-war buildings are the best . Larger spaces, high ceilings, and great locations since they had 1st choice .
