I think its the « final » salary if that make sense? So this 4300 is the salary i will get. But just to know: if its not the case, what does that mean? Because im not 1000% sure
Yeah i was a bit wary about the whole roomate thing : are the accommodations good if you are sharing?
I will check on those Facebook pages thanks you!!

Most people in the their 20s start out with roommates here. The conditions vary wildly but are almost always habitable. Main issue is avoiding roommate drama but that’s never a guarantee.

A 1BR costs about $2200-2500. A 2BR 2900-3500
If you have a larger 4BR house, possibly $1200 per month .
Or you could look for a studio $1800-1950 average .
Zipcode 20007/20008 is where you will be working. Take a look in McLean Gardens or near Glover Park

Ask your employer “is €4.300 the pre-tax or post-tax salary?” and use that specific language and have them be specific with the phrasing, too.
Pre-tax, that is not great, you’ll def have roommates and be conservative with your budget. Post-tax, you’ll do great. There’s a huge difference.
