Take this down and remove this young ladies name from your post. You failed to provide ample notice and landlord is entitled damages for the period of sixty days they were unable to market the home. If the home rents as soon as you move out (less their standard prep time) you are entitled to a refund. Assuming you enter a month to month period effective the last day of your lease you can certainly stay for the additional time, however, the pro rated rent will increase to the mtm rate.
I tried contacting g the office via phone call and emails but no answer. I visited the office twice asking for anything I need to do before my date to move out and i was told i am all set to move on the sad date..my effort failed and this is my last resort to trying to find out what I have to do within my rights. I want to pay the amount that was stated because I am liable for that , but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I got a run around and disconnected.
Wow if you're the rep , it took this long for me to get a response. You land lord have a qhole year to send out notice about rent increases but send it out 90 days out knowing that thr tenants have to give you guys a 60 days notice...how are the tenants able to go look for new places and get on contract less than 30 days? You guys know the requirements to allow us with minimal amount of time to make a decision

If you have questions about a lease, contact OTA. There’s not enough info in your post for anyone to say anything helpful.
