Wow if you're the rep , it took this long for me to get a response. You land lord have a qhole year to send out notice about rent increases but send it out 90 days out knowing that thr tenants have to give you guys a 60 days notice...how are the tenants able to go look for new places and get on contract less than 30 days? You guys know the requirements to allow us with minimal amount of time to make a decision

I tried contacting g the office via phone call and emails but no answer. I visited the office twice asking for anything I need to do before my date to move out and i was told i am all set to move on the sad date..my effort failed and this is my last resort to trying to find out what I have to do within my rights. I want to pay the amount that was stated because I am liable for that , but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone. I got a run around and disconnected.

So I just saw an email from my rent payment portal for the charge of next month's bill. I have it on email from them that I can still move out but pay the 8 days..not sure if that's an error or they are charging me the whole month...anything I can do if that if that is the case?

That's what's I was told via email, that I was responsible for 8 days. I am hoping that's is it and I'll know if that's is that Monday. So if I am paying for those 8 extra days, I don't have to move out per agreement on my lease until that 8 days are up?
