It's a pretty hot field right now, you should push for a raise or start looking. Don't let your employer undervalue you

Yes. I know that. I just started this job not that long ago and they just secured a new space which is why it will be mandatory to report in. But until I have enough tenure to ask for a raise or have another offer letter in hand, I need to save money.
