I'm talking antelope, pheasant, kangaroo, etc.! Google isn't helping me much. Thanks!

Himalayan Yak is in Ashburn VA and they have yak on the menu. You can take the Silver Line to Ashburn and Uber to the restaurant.
If you're up for a MARC trip to Baltimore, the Abby always has a decent selection and is pretty solid
Royal Nepal in Alexandria too
Royal Nepal is 5 stars, we drove out there from DC last week and loved it
They have yak, wild boar, and Buffalo momos (Nepalese dumplings). Wouldn’t be surprised if they have other meat choices for other dishes
This was Rockland's one week Grills gone Wild menu for 2020. Maybe they are doing it again in 2023? https://rocklands.com/news/march-means-grills-gone-wild/
Many Dc restaurants serve venison, which comes up on a google search.
Thip Khao sometimes serves snakehead fish and blue catfish, both of which are invasive.
A few years to late to go to the Serbian Crown unfortunately. Best lion in the DMV!

The antelope and the kangaroo aren't very tasty unless you like something that's like a really dry beef. The wild boar is good though.
I got the game sliders trio.
Oo Laotian is great, I'll have to check that one out. Thanks!
This menu looks awesome, thanks!!
Cool that the slider trio is seasonal! Love an excuse to go to Baltimore, thanks!
Yak is cool, thank ya!!
I'll have to keep an eye out for that, thanks!

Thip Khao has a "jungle menu" that serves invasive species of fish. You don't usually see them on menus.
