You realise that all this money is going directly to the US to pay for their new military equipment while they offloads ‘100s of billions’ of old equipment that has been hyper evaluated?

Yeah, let's see about that.
Some money will defo go to the arsenal of democracy - that's just a no brainer if idiots think they can keep escalating on their neighbor's place, and fix a shitty coup attempt with artillery on residential areas. Should surprise absolutely no one.
The other thing that this is going to do is to ramp up German arms production like you haven't seen in a long time. This step is the gov signing off on it. Nobody really wanted to do it, but Putin and parts of Russian society have clearly illustrated there is no way around it. Defense industry will go on a hiring spree.

Germany, France and others are selling gear too. In fact Germany is selling them AA systems, howitzers, and rheinmetall wants to sell them tanks
So not directly to the US

Majority of the US aid going to Ukranie is in weaponry, this AID then has to be paid off. The European aid besides a some weaponry is money, this money is then being sent to the US to pay off their aid.
Europe is paying the American military industrial complex to create and fabricate new weaponry for them to keep.

The aid is aid, it’s not being paid off as it is a gift. They are buying equipment with some money true, but that is mostly from the EU weapons fund. The US is also sending large amounts of money, they have for example paid for the salaries for Ukraines doctors and nurses for several months.
