Russia needs to make friendly with China. Who else will they sell all that land to, for food and other basic necessities?

When you make the realization that whom you consider a best friend may not consider you a best friend things get awkward.

Pretty desperate.

Muscovy should prepare room for future allies, like Dagestan, or Krasnodar, or Yongmingcheng...

Russia will use this fact to its advantage and do everything they can to play India and China off against one another.

Remember that the dismantling of China is one of the primary goals of Russia's roadmap outlined in Dugin's Foundations of Geopolitics, so this move should be viewed through that lens.

Russia is a star fucker. Iran has a regime that hates the exact same people Russia hates and have been nothing but supportive in their bullshit, but because they're not the up and coming global powers, Russia is going to just leave them as a backup.

These are the assholes who wonder why they have no friends in their 30s despite thinking themselves popular in their twenties.

Dugin is an Russian tucker Carlsson. He's a mouth peice

He has no influence in the government. Dugin himself is just a copycat of an older Russian nazi named ivan ilyn.

Ilyn is the one putin had a fondness for. Dugin is barely on the Kremlin radar.

...not THE main allies. Iran, Syria, Nicaragua, Venezuela, NK and Belarus are also on the Main Allies list. Most of the world are on their naughty list.

Is this the India that cancelled a Moscow arms deal back in March 2022, and is trying to stay neutral here?

Moscow admits it has no friends.

Just some some dude who wants cheap oil.

And some other dude who wants free real estate.

But then I grew up.

I don't know if you have seen the videos, but the relationship between China and India is rocky already. And sticky. As in their soldiers are beating each other with sticks and rocks regularly on the border.

No, this is the reality of global politics, is taking backing from one super power or another. This isn't a game of who's friends with who, because nations don't have friends, just conveniences.

China and India make sense, share a land border, and being neutral ground between two large hostile powers gives diplomatic leverage.
