Actually, I have heard that Lulu's lead has widened in more recent polls.

I thought Lula had more votes than any other candidate in the first round. Did the polls miss that?

Whby do Brazillians love the far right so much? This makes them look even worse than Trump Supporters/Maga.

Tbh, it's really worse, because even in 2016, Trump didn't managed to win on popular vote....

brazil truly is lost. they'll believe anything bolsonaro says thanks to four years of brainwashing and indoctrination into the Bolsonaro cult, like with trump's supporters.

Brazil is a lost cause at this point.

lula is trying to be the voice of reason in that debate yet the Brazillians trust Bolsonaro more than him. Four years is more than enough time to indoctrinate and brainwash the masses to the bolsonaro cult.

It's also disgusting how in that debate, lula tried to discuss and point out legitimate problems while bolsonaro acted like a manchild and constantly changed topics, tyhis is the type of leader those dumb filthy brazillians want. a petulent boisterous brainlet

The economy is much better now than when Lula was in power. Brazil has had a lower inflation rate than the European Union this year, the first time in history that this has happened. Plus the economy is expected to grow up to 3% this year, which is not bad considering the recent years: covid and war in Ukraine. There were more than 4 million new businesses started up in Brazil during Bolsonaro's government.

Besides, violent crime has dropped drastically. The homicide rate is at its lowest in the last 40 years.

All in all, Bolsonaro's government has been much better than Lula's. That's the reason why more than 50% of the congress elected a month ago are "right wing" parties. The only reason Lula has got so many votes is because of his personality cult, there are people who think of him almost as a prophet, it's quasi-religious, especially among people with lower education levels. College educated people overwhelmingly vote for Bolsonaro.

A lot of bozo voters are ashamed and won't admit that they're voting for him. So they lie about it.

True, that is why I don't trust the polls that have the Republicans leading in the midterms this year. Not accounting for new registered voters.

The majority of The polls are pointing L 53% x B 47% for this Second turn including Atlas which was the most correct one in The First turn.

So, Lulu has a very good chance of winning then? If Lulu does win, what imediate changes do you expect to see in Brazil?

try to put a stop to the rampant ecocide Bolsonaro wrought upon the rainforests.

What is the best way he can do that?

Start fining again. With Bolsonaro there is no fine for deforestation, illegal mining, etc.
In fact, his environment minister was take from office because he was helping to export illegal timber.
