Everh time something like this happens, it reminds me of this simulation where a russian jet was shot down by nato forces, and it devolved into ww3.
And that's why nato forces wouldn't strike first.

That's my understanding as well. I would have to imagine that Russia is on thin ice with this kind of shit though.
