Yep. Because a felon isn’t allowed to vote. One way to get around that pesky 19th amendment. /s, but not about the way the Repubs want to deprive women of the right to vote.

I thought it was more them wanting more white babies, just like the Nazis. Nazis even had women at birthing centers solely for purpose of making more babies. Much like The Handmaidens Tale
