I'm working a convention in branson rn and yesterday driving home after 5:00 it was raining and hailing so bad you couldn't see 6 inches in front of you. Had to pull off the side to wait it out. Scary stuff. The highway was flooded in some parts too.
I drove to work and back today. It wasn't that bad around 9:00 when I left, but after getting to work and seeing the snow just getting worse and worse we decided to close and go home.
It was just me and my boss, and I live north of Republic, so I had to take a lot of highways to get home. Little nervous I have to say haha.
I do have 4 wheel drive so they werent that bad, I'd say if you can help it,.don't drive.

The official schedule for Saturday is:
10-5 booths and panels
5-7 cosplay contest
7-midnight afterparty and more panels and booths are still open. Secret Santa too!
I haven't actually! I figured they were just a retailer who got product shipped in and probably wouldn't know anyone who does what is basically backyard tanning
