I think it’s more like:
Huawei has superior technology and by not working with them, the software countries are using, is subpar in terms of security. (Based on the “racing ahead with 5G adoption” comment)
So by not allowing them to be a part of it, they have inadvertently made it easier for Chinese hackers to gain access more so than if they just integrated huawei to begin with.

I thought that had more to do with that fact that Morgoth “wove” himself into the fabric of arda. So it would be impossible to defeat him without causing irreparable damage.
Kind of like the old gods from WoW.

Isn’t that just considering the impact after planets have formed and stable orbits have already occurred?
How would the presence of the extra stars affect the formation to begin with?
