Two weeks ago I was walking on Broad at Fairmount and one of these was going north on Broad. It wasn't using any water so not sure how much it really vacuumed up. Maybe the city only has one?

Search the old posts. There are dozens giving info on neighborhood's rent, lifestyle, public transit, parking, etc. I also followed a lot of local businesses on Instagram and facebook for a few months before moving here. Gave me great information on local happenings.

I never get delivery anymore because added fees have made it way too expensive. But I live alone. Maybe if you are ordering for a whole family it would be different.

You can find the many answers to this if you search the philadelphia subreddit. Here are a few quick ideas. Join a sports league. I met some great people through Heyday Sports. Philly has a discord channel where there are a huge number of different activities promoted. Volunteer. Welcome to the city!

Sending positive vibes. Just moved here a year ago. I live in West Poplar (neighborhood just to the west of NoLibs) Great area. I love Philadelphia and have made so many friends in such a short time.

I don't think that will be necessary. I had a Delaware transponder that I used for Virginia, Maryland and NYC quite often.

The library at 1901 Vine (the main library) has a number of hands-on cooking classes throughout the year.

Philadelphia resident here: the Free Library of Philadelphia offers a non-resident library card for $50 a year. They have a pretty good ebook selection.

For me both the BSL and the El are fine. Not perfect but I don't feel unsafe when I use them.

Dude, you obviously have never played pickleball. It is a sweaty, fast-moving game.

The news helicopters hovered over the area for longer than an hour. The noise is so annoying. Why don't they just use drones now?
