Same. They're still "evaluating" after 15 hours. The outage was caused by a small fallen tree that's leaning on wires. There are no downed wires. I can see it from my house. Since only 8 of us in the immediate area are out of power, we are not a priority. ☚ī¸

You didn't ask but, I'll share...We've been out of power since 4:15-ish p.m. We just keep getting the same canned text response. It says, "There is a known outage at (your address). Est restoration is under assessment. Treat downed wires as live and dangerous." Over and over. ☚ī¸

I'm in eastern CT. We lost power at 4:15 this afternoon. A small tree fell down on the road next to mine. The only updates I've gotten from Eversource have been that they're "assessing" - since 4:20. One truck came by one time and promptly left within 3 minutes of arriving. The tree is in the exact position it has been in since it fell.
