It's hilariously creepy. It would be silly to see your face on a balloon but then you'd realize you'll not only have to evade it for the rest of your life but also hope for no one to shoot at it because it will also kill you. The story was also rather brutal with young people getting hanged quickly with no warning. The dad was an idiot tho.

A few episodes were really good like Mysterious Tunnel, Hanging Balloon, Sandman's Lair and Layers of Terror but others were just boring, sometimes as the source would be. But in general it felt quite cheap, like the animation was done fast in a third world sweat shop. I don't remember Bloodsucking Darkness but a live action version of his stories would probably automatically look better most of the time, maybe except for the staple awesomely disgusting shot of some horrible creature or deformed person. I'd love a live Uzumaki, Hanging Balloon (Hanging Blimp) or Amigara Fault.

The spirit is kinda there, but what really helped the Rocky movies is the music. Bill Conti's original score (Gonna Fly Now, Going The Distance, The Final Bell, Redemption) and some great pieces (Eye of the Tiger, No Easy Way Out, Burning Heart, Training Montage, Hearts On Fire) added so much intensity and emotion to the scenes, it was very important. However in Creed it's mostly horrible rap, and the OST by Ludwig Göransson isn't up to Conti's. There is no memorable music piece. It might not seems like much but think about Star Wars without Williams. It's simply not as good.
