Not to mention, in the event AmeriSourceBergen were to deny pharmacies orders they placed and said, "Well, we did a Macro on our Excel spreadsheet and you were flagged as ordering too many because of the population of your region", there would be all types of lawsuits and violations waged against them.
The true culprits here are the doctors who prescribed them, the sales reps who pushed them and bribed doctors and the creators of the addictive medicines who weren't honest or transparent with the addictive potential of their products. The distributor is not the problem, in my opinion.

This is a low outcome mindset. You live in a city full of affordable homes where someone making working class income can buy a home.

I've been awarded several scholarships that had receptions in the Union League. It was really nice inside and is pretty much just an upscale venue/ banquet hall with cool history and art work. Everyone was really nice and welcoming.

Philadelphia had a population of 2.1 million in 1950. We are at 1.6 million currently with blocks worth of vacant lots. We would need about extra 500k to flood in before we'd be reaching the point you're talking about. Losing 25% of our population has been devastating to the tax base and funding of the city. The revitalization of Fishtown is a major success story and model for other Philadelphia neighborhoods (and a huge increase in tax revenue... all those initial 10 year tax abatements are ending and will continue to mature into their full taxation over the next 5 years).

Fishtown is full of old timers in paid off houses. They can afford to remain there and will continue to.

Point Breeze property taxes have gone from $600 up to $3,000. That's a reasonable price after being kept low for decades.

In the article is says she was living in the house her grandmother passed down to her mother, who then passed it down to her. Is that implying she sold her house in Point Breeze to go rent in Oxford Circle?

He is anti-development. Refuses to engage in good faith about zoning changes. Plays into the "gentrificaiton!!! all the whites are going to steal from the blacks and erase CULTURE!" that stiffles development from the never-satisified and corrupt RCOs that coordinate with him and appeal and delay development proposals. Look at Washington Ave east vs Wasginton Ave west and the sentiment/ vibe of how the discussions are facilitated.

It’s implied. We understand that Philly is an old city that has annexed and grown into areas that were previously not-Philly.

The pepperspray I carry is a very targetted squirt with minimal mist/ air diffusion. The person getting the squirt in the face would get majority of the spray. If the person is actually a threat and looking like they're going to harm someone, I would assume there is already a bit of isolation. After I spray the peppersray, people who were not the target would quickly move and create distance.
Not ideal, but I'd rather every on the subway cart is mad at me than let two teenagers on their way to school get assaulted and traumatized by some low life.

Theres a good chance that turns you into a larger target. Having a sidewalk mounted box implies disposable income, high-value items being delivered and worthwhile loot inside your home. May be a better route to use the shipping lockers many stores provide.

City Hall is central. If you're west, north, east or south of City Hall, should be able to inform the other directions any corners and traffic. It's very simple once you think about it and will benefit you in life to make note of it.
(For example, knowing if you're getting picked up on the NE of a corner, rather than just saying the intersection.

Why in the world would you think it take 15 years? The ground is broken, the land is ready and it’s already in progress. Comcast’s tower 1 and 2 combined didn’t take 15 years.
