I lived on Sunnyside street several years ago and loved it. Close knit neighbors who keep an eye out. Personally I wouldn't choose that specific location in Hyde park on Clare Ave. The vibe in that area is not the same as I just described plus you're right near the main road Hyde park Ave, which isnt ideal w the dirtbikes and traffic. Not really a place you'd go for a walk around on a nice day. But where I used to live was by the park and was super nice to live near. So Hyde park has different vibes in different places, it's not homogeneous.

If it didn't negatively affect their life in school or social life, then meds aren't necessary. I excelled in school but like OP started my own business and started meds when needed as an adult. It has made a big difference for me in a positive way.
