I think really depends on your town's bylaws with regard to how meetings are conducted. In my town's Annual Town Meeting or Special Town Meeting we can't speak about anything we want. We have to speak about whatever motion or amendment is open for discussion. There's a moderator who is ON IT and will bang the gavel. We also can't attack or mention anyone by name in comments.
Board of health decision-making meetings are technically public and we're allowed to go watch if you want but I don't believe their decisions need voter approval.
Edit for capitalization of the important, unique meetings.

I'm not in pittsfield but pricewise, aldi. Price Rite is cheap too. Big y for local, but they are on the higher end of the pricing scale. If you want to make a drive and have room in your freezer, Arnold's in Chicopee for Meat.

I read his personal thoughts posts when I first got banned there were a lot around his birthday which seemed to be very close to my birthday. There were posts about how he liked to stay up for 24 hrs the day before his birth (which was preceding the day of the ban or pretty close to it). Multiple other posts he mentioned his insomnia. IF he was factual about his job, factual about how much time he spent on his job, with his post history he was online close to 18-20 hrs/ day essentially doing the same thing for work and not work. That's enough to make anyone's mental health tank let alone someone with insomnia. If he was on meds for insomnia, it's entirely possible his sense of reality was altered or very different from yours or mine. His more recent posts he was convinced that the first post he locked and banned everyone from was edited after he locked it. It wasn't. It was edited before he locked it to clarify with "the everyone's opinions welcome" but the tenor of the post was the same edited or not (in my POV). Had he been willing to have a discussion at that time instead of muting me (us) maybe he would have realized that it was possible he interpreted something wrong in his potentially sleep-deprived state. If he's factual about where he lives, he's fairly local to me and I low-key wonder if I'm going to hear something on the news because someone had a mental break.

Accurate assessment and I'll add that even most of the conservatives that my path has crossed in home health believe in science and got their shots.

It depends on things like having a well and septic system vs town water and sewer. I think population and agriculture in the town might have something to do with it but not positive. My property qualified but other properties in my town might not have. Properties in towns surrounding Worcester might qualify.

Some 'rural' properties may qualify for USDA housing loans which had better perks. My mortgage company hadn't even considered that.

Dufresne's Park in Granby MA. You can see the saplings they cut down, the lodges they build and they keep damming the overflow outlet at the end of the pond. Also they're sorta nocturnal I think.

The ghost tour was very informative as well. I think I learned the most on that walking tour. It goes to various sites (cemetary, buildings) explaining the historical significance of events that happened there or people connected to the site. It's mildly about "ghosts", mostly about history.

I don't have a problem with it, ethically. Cost, maybe. 1 year Max off a sentence if you have donated marrow or organ. Potential donors would need to be screened and tested in order to be accepted so that's a pretty big filter.
How many people donated blood in high school to get out of class or for a pack of Lorna doones and a juice box?

What temperature do you have your thermostat set? That's probably the biggest thing you can do, lower it. Wear socks, long pants, hoodies inside. Draft stoppers at doors, window wrap kits (surprisingly effective for old windows),

I wonder if the Adderall shortage had anything to do with it. It's not uncommon for prices or copays to change with new plans, new year etc. It could be something negotiated by your employer for the plan for the upcoming year, if your insurance is employer based.

How is town meeting not a public meeting? My town is small enough that we do not have representatives or whatever. Individuals vote by show of hands (raised index cards). We do have a section for non voting speakers/ visitors to sit.
