I lived there for three years. I moved out in 2020. I had no issues with management or maintenance during my time there. If something needed repairs they were quick at showing up and fixing the problem. Management was very professional. They always notified at least 24 hours before entering my apartment. I would probably still live there if I didn't move in with my gf. Oh yeah, you need a parking permit to park in the parking lot. I'm pretty sure each apartment gets two permits. They also have a couple of pools and a gym. Let me know if you have any questions I might be able to answer for you.

Everything with a DUI is mandatory. Your lawyer can not negotiate anything except for how much he charges your friend.

First offense DUI in NH. These are all mandatory. A judge can increase the penalties but can not lessen the penalties. $1000 fine License suspension for 9 months Complete a DUI course

  • If a person refuses the breathalyzer their license gets suspended 30 after day of refusal for 60 days.

Save your money. An attorney isn't going to get the charges dropped and the fines and other repercussions are set at mandatory limits.

Since the person denied a breathalyzer they're license is already going to be suspended in 30 days.

Pay the $1000 fine the day of the trial and sign up for the mandatory DUI course that same day. The sooner you complete the mandatory things the sooner you'll be back on the road. Which at the earliest will most likely be 90 days after the trial.

The settings have multiple options. You can have it record when it detects power and shut off when the power shuts off or manually by pressing a record or stop button, or always recording. The app is called Droid Dashcam. It is full of options. It's very stable. There's too many options for me to list so here's a link to the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.helge.droiddashcam

Further down this branch of replies to your post mentioned a parking lot accident.

I use an old phone with a dash cam app to record my commutes. I wanted to get an actual dashcam but was having trouble picking one that did everything I wanted. Since I had an old android phone collecting dust I figured I'd install a dashboard cam app and use that while I shopped around for an actual dashcam. That was two years ago, lol. The old phone with the dashcam app does everything I want so I haven't bothered replacing it.

Insurance always split fault 50/50 for parking lot accidents.

You don't even have to be in your car when it happens. But if you're not present when the accident happens, good luck finding whoever hit you.

Needing an inspection is a racket and only around for the state to extract more money out of it's citizens without calling it a tax. There are plenty of states that don't require inspections. If the shop you go to always finds something that needs to be repaired in order to pass inspection, you're probably getting screwed.

Why stop at one inspection a year? If your car fails inspection, then you've been driving an unsafe vehicle for possibly 11 months. Why not inspect cars quarterly or monthly so you can't drive an unsafe car for so long?

You have 10 days to inspect your car after registering it. A lot of places that inspect cars will inspect your car without an appointment if you are there when they open. Chain stores and dealerships will have you make appointments. Which I never understood, because when you tell them they didn't fix what they were supposed to during the appointment, they tell you to bring the car back right away so they can make it right. So they obviously have extra time throughout the day. But anyways, a lot of places that aren't chain stores will inspect your car if you are there when they open in the morning.

I have no idea. I wouldn't be surprised if the highest paid employee made over $250k. But why wonder about a single person when all the employees of the state of mass are making much much more than their counterparts working in NH.

NH state police make around 50k a year. Mass state police can make over 100k a year with traffic control overtime. NH Congresspersons make less than half of what Mass Congresspersons make. Every state employees income is available to the public. Look it up, check it out.

If that was true then Massachusetts would have functioning state agencies, but they don't. What they do have are overpaid bureaucrats. I honestly hope people don't think a state income tax would improve NH's state agencies because a state income tax would only create larger state agencies that don't function.
