There's no way our Governor would sign an anti-gay or anti-trans anything. Not gonna happen.
As far as the best place to live, there are a lot of great places to live. I love the cape, Boston/Cambridge/Somerville are all quite safe but $$$$$. Northampton/Amherst are amazing, a lot more affordable, and have really good access to New York City.

We renovated a bunch of capes with bedrooms like that. Furniture with hanging space can work well. After all, that used to be the norm.

I would consider speaking with another agent. This closet stuff is nonsense. A lot of people prefer much larger rooms with designed clothes storage - see Ikea. They make these types of furniture because they sell a lot.

We have over 20" on our driveway in West Sterling. Lots of limbs down. I'm waiting for the wind to die down until we clear the driveway with the tractor

Other articles refer to these new batteries made from as being larger, more sized for uses where a larger form factor isn't an issue. Appropriate for buildings. Can be recharged many times faster and many more times than lithium based batteries without fire risks.
We're going to be having these batteries for our homes instead of generators shortly.

From the article: With the expansion of its electric range, Renault Trucks is taking another step in its eMobility strategy and targets: By 2030, the manufacturer aims to generate 50 per cent of its sales from electric vehicles. By 2040, 100 per cent of the vehicles marketed are to be locally CO2-neutral.
Sounds like an ambitious timeline.
The range sounds limited and there's a lot of data missing, regardless this is positive

This summarizes only one major reason we keep bees on our farm - taking care of ourselves. The other major reason is our orchard.

It sounds like we definitely think similarly about these issues, Augmented reality has a wonderful potential vs VR, Meta's shtick, sort of reminds me of dropping acid...

I expected Google glasses to be embraced by more people and was wrong. I do suspect that these enhanced realities to become mainstream because of the obvious usefulness, but maybe first as heads-up displays in self-driving vehicles before returning to eyewear, including contacts. It just makes sense.
Meta VR appears to require more of a disconnect from reality. I understand that need but for some of us it's similar to taking drugs. I'm certain this will be embraced by a subset of the population, but for now seems like an expensive toy
