I did this recently and the photos were rejected at the USPS When we applied for passports. It’s not just the size but also how large your head appears within the frame (which is detailed on the application and I just did not appreciate it.) So be forewarned.

I will say…the USPS lady at the Davis Sq. Post office couldn’t have been nicer in taking the correct pics and processing the application.

I think the question is where can you get an excellent sandwich near Harvard Sq.

And I am not sure there is a proper answer, although to be fair, the food scene around Harvard Sq. has seriously deteriorated for some time.

That's simply not true. Health insurance will pay for medical care regardless of underlying cause. It can't deny coverage of say treatment for a broken arm because someone else caused the broken arm in an auto accident.

The insurer could pursue a lien against the driver and his insurer, but that all happens behind the scenes.

In theory, the state AG could sue to obtain a declaratory judgment ordering the car companies to comply with the law. The AG would presumably have to hire experts to rebut the companies' assertion that compliance is not feasible.

But the BG comments section lays out a number of reasonable measures that the companies could take to comply.

In the end, it is just a big FU to consumers because it was and always will be about the money.
