Honestly, to me it looks like the same process except with the paparazzi cat the whole background and parts of the cat were erased. The middle bits of the cat are the same in the original and the edit.

I didn't make that kind of a definitive statement. I just pointed out that it looks very AI-like.

Edit: Also looking at OP's other work, this one for example is more obviously AI-generated.

You really think it's easier to find a weird blanket from another picture and match the lighting and everything?

AI tools do have inpainting functionality where you erase a part of a picture and then describe what you want the AI to generate in the empty spot.

Is this AI-made? The cat has a strange number of toes, and next to its ear there's an odd piece of a blanket that doesn't serve any purpose.

It's kinda like using a printing press to produce a work for a calligraphy exhibition
