because there too many people trying to scare everyone about how dangerous drones are. I remember there was some protest and I think this was before FAA started putting rules in place, someone put a drone up to watch what everyone was doing. People started freaking out and cops followed the drone back and arrested the drone operator. Over nothing.

I said Rail not subway. What does subway have to do with rail. two different thing. There is a rail line in north philly not a subway line.

Amtrak, NJ transit matter when someone coming far from the suburbs. If you live in Lancaster, Coatesville there no Septa rail so you would need to take Amtrak unless you want to drive.

A trauma center means you get the highest level of care. Penn Hospital is not a level 1 trauma center so you're referencing something that has nothing to do with it. The advantage of West Philly is that CHOP is right there so if a kid has a medical incident they're close by. Medical care is important when you have large crowds as someone is going to get hurt and easier to just bring them to where they can get care instead of the ambulance having to figure out what going on and possibly rerouting to somewhere they can get care.

Actually your off. You might be right about North Philly not having same transit, but the rails are there and can be built easily.

However the better location is West Philly. Amtrak comes into 30th street, NJ Transit comes into 30th Street, Septa subway, rail, trolley comes into 30th Street station. 76th is right at 30th street. There is a lot of cheap land in West Philly. There are 2 level 1 trauma centers in West Philly, 1 for adults and 1 for kids so any incidents then you can get medical care right away.

Yes you're missing Patco but maybe the 76ers can help pay to extend Patco and I think there is a desire for that.

besides the public "Forty percent of the food, drink and concessions operations in the arena will be run by African American businesses", I wouldn't be surprised that the people that endorsing this is getting some sort of enticement. Plus, are any of these people directly impacted, I see a Pastor for a West Philly Church (that construction must be big if a church in West Philly is affected).

I think for the ATF regulations (who regulate firearm stores) there rules that says that if they are left out then they need to be moved to a secure room or basically a vault. So If I'm correct in remembering that then really they should be visited by the ATF to make sure they understand the rules.

While we all know this about home users I'm started to see construction companies who have no legal permit to do so, put barriers or debris or something so they can park their trucks in the same spots every day. The city has an issue with construction companies "accidentally" knocking down neighboring houses of the construction yet they don't stop them from doing the simplest things (like putting stuff in the road so they can do whatever they want).

> Why is this glossed over?

because it easier to blame the mortgage lender for racism then admit they are not pricing their house right. I've been looking at houses for the last 2 years (right before the pandemic) and I've encountered so many who think their house is the best and they are not overpricing it and don't realize the houses has issues or the neighborhood has issues etc. But, in this market problems like that get masked to a point.

What I've learned is that is the buyers really want the house they can tell the mortgage company to reappraise (sounds like only the sellers asked which the mortgage company not going to care), or the buyer can say they will pony up the rest of the cash. If the house was even half decent then the sellers would have said good riddance as there would have been another buyer that was trying to put an offer.

Additionally, I've been told an appraiser has a vested interest in appraising the house for what the buyer wants it for. The mortgage company wants get buyer as a customer and get the house bought. If the mortgage company can't get customers then they are not going to be hiring the appraiser. So the appraiser wants to get rehired by the mortgage company.

Trident can be a company that has issues but in this market the sellers are missing the point that there house is way over priced.
