Ok one thing is bugging me but- if your tech support/fixing computers you should know never to use/move a unknown file onto another computer unless it’s isolated, could be a virus disguised as a video (yes I’m assuming jt wasn’t here but still) Also Maybe you should stay and make sure he comes back out
