I plan to. I like Asher too, and I’ve known enough inhumans to know that all members of a species definitely aren’t the same. Henri knows that too; he taught me.
I think seeing Asher must have brought up the painful memory of his wife for the first time in a very, very long time. Might be time to talk about his past.
I’m pretty sure I’m going to tell him. It’s hard to keep anything from my uncle, and besides, he’s way smarter than me. If anyone can figure out something helpful, it’s him.
As for my parents, he’s always said he has no idea. I don’t think he’s lying. I mean, I’m sure he has some theories, but I don’t think he knows who - or what - my parents were.
That’s what worries me, too. Neverland beings will kill to survive but don’t kill for sport - even the nastiest ones in the dark forests. Whoever this is has been going way beyond sane boundaries.
As for coffee, ours is pretty good, if I do say so myself. Henri adds a little lilac to it, which makes it taste just a little magical.
I won’t lie, that fear has crossed my mind. I don’t know of any creature with that power, but considering the depths of those woods, I can’t say for sure something like that doesn’t exist. Still, what would it want with me??

Yeah. Henri hasn’t had the easiest life. I can’t really blame him for his initial reaction. But he’s the best guy I know…I think he’ll come around.
