It was quite delightful, some dishes are hard to photograph appealingly, but if you've had it before you'll know.

No because it's an Arab restaurant and they call it shawarma. The Turkish places here call it Döner kebab.

No it's seitan, grilled and sliced from the rotating spit. The sauce is toum and they offered various spices so I added some chili flakes, Sumac and Zatar.
