Sum 41 really came into their own with my favs being All to Blame & Hell Song. At the same time billy talent was also making really great tunes including The Ex, Try Honesty and River Below. Not exactly sure if they fall into the pop punk category but in early 2000s Canada they went hand in hand. American Idiot had some really great stuff Jesus of suburbia is a masterpiece

I like everything. A lot of rock, metal, hardcore, pop music rap older and newer country but I swear the one song that’s always stood out to me was Metallic Taste by Show Me the Body. I feel like a different person when I hear that song.

Since I’ve been loving you - Led Zeppelin The guitar solos are absolutely face melting.
I discovered a band called The Sadies on cbc radio when I was a teenager and I’m still obsessed with them. My favourite at the time was Oak Ridges and Tell her what I said.
