One thing that we never talk about is for housing to be built inexpensive, you need inexpensive labor and the SO MANY blue-collar people across the country that built this country are dead or addicted to opiates. For the life of me, I can't understand why the state keeps sucking resources from other state schools (especially Castleton) to prop up failing schools in the Kingdom. Its going to result in all the schools declining in quality. I feel like the state just wants CCV, UVM and then rich, private colleges.
