They’re giving market value, he has another building just down the road. You use the building once a year, you can use a park year round. The buildings and offices that will develop around the park will be used far more frequently, it’s more tax money. It’s simple economics.

It’s a shit building that’s only useful one month a year. Tear it down. It’s in an isolated part of downtown that’s in desperate need some positive development. The park that’s replacing it will be a good addition to downtown and make the area more attractive. It’s a win win. Y’all weird for holding on to a building that doesn’t do anything for you but once a year, considering the guys other building is like three blocks down the road.

The problem is and I see this all over the country, there’s no more starter homes, I’m. It asking got a McMansion, but can they build more 150k starter homes that have the basic necessities that if needed I could renovate myself. It feels like developers are missing a huge market out there.

It’s a state in the middle of the continent with a temperate climate. With no major mountains in between the cold Arctic and the warm and humid Gulf of Mexico. Temperature swings will always be normal, can you people please stop acting like this is some weird crazy thing. I’ve lived in Missouri for probably 70% of my life, happens every year, nothing new. Y’all have the memory of goldfish.

Do you believe in term limits and not taking money from corporations or lobbyists. Do you believe you in banks being able to buy up houses to either jack up the prices or rent them which in turn has caused a large demographic of the American population to be in a position that they can’t afford to buy a house or there aren’t many options for housing.
