Public service loan forgiveness requires 120 payments on an approved income driven repayment plan. It doesn’t need to be continuous! Just the total number of payments while working for a qualifying employer

You may try calling around and asking dentists/endodontists if they discount services for cash/self pay. When I didn’t have insurance my dentist charged me the insurance reimbursement rate which is like half of the price they normally charge.
Someone else recommended care credit, which is also a good option. If you can’t pay it off before the zero interest period expires, make sure you have a plan to do a balance transfer to another card bc the default rates are high and the interest from the whole promotional period will hit retroactively if you don’t pay it!

It’s not hard to look at a historic map of the city and see where houses were built over creeks. There are houses that flood on the west side of northern liberties/old Kensington for this reason.

Right? Meanwhile all the marijuana dispensaries have armed guards, require ID for entry, double door entry system, etc.

The Columbia North YMCA branch is great. My daughter has experienced a lot of growth with the swim instructors.
I have met a couple parents who went to the Columbia North branch bc classes were full at Christian Street and they liked Columbia North so much that it became their first choice (in part bc it is less crowded and parking nearby is easy).

Reading Terminal Market is also great because you get an amazing cross section of the city’s population - white collar and blue collar people on lunch breaks, immigrants speaking other languages, every race, class, and age… they all go to Reading Terminal Market. Great people watching.

So if someone slashes three of my tires, I need to slash the fourth one myself for insurance to cover it?
