Eh not personally a fan. I've only been to the one in Raymond but it's a bit too costly for the quality of food, and the wait is too long. Plus, I don't get why, but the place is constantly packed. Which to be completely fair probably explains the wait times.

If you don't like killing animals (which I totally understand) you can always do catch-and-release for fishing.

Spring is the most boring time to visit NH. Too wet and you'll probably get snowed on anyway. Bugs are horrendous around that time of year. Pretty much whatever you want to do in NH during the spring you can most likely do at other times of the year and have a better experience.
