I had to look this up.

Yes. I took “gravel biking” to mean mountain biking, but maybe it’s its own thing and I’m mistaken.

No. UConn or one of the other state universities would be a MUCH better value.

Sure. It’s about 5 miles if you hit all the trails.
Edit: there’s only a very short gravel run from parking lot to Boy Scout lean-tos, but 5 miles of regular trails. To me they are easy, but it’s not like a rail trail so YMMV.

Yes, and permit now replaces the written test. Must hold permit 120 days before you can take the driving portion.
All three of my kids did Next Street. They do a great job.

I was asking myself that this year. I’ve been a member for like 30 years, but hadn’t used them in ages… and then I did. Had to get a vehicle towed almost 100 miles. They took great care of me, and nothing out of pocket other than my membership fee.
They also got me an incredible auto loan 4 years ago.

I second this. AAA does a great job at brokering, if you’re a member.
Also, get used to doing this often. Best deal this year may not be the best next year.

J&M is honest. No haggle and higher fees than some, but very reputable and they sell good cars. They will take the car you like to YOUR mechanic to be vetted for no charge.
AAA for finding the best rate.
