It's a measurement based on these 5 major pollutants; ground-level ozone, particle pollution, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide.
Philadelphia definitely has visible smog.

Reply to comment by Kellerhoz89 in So here I sit in the dark. Wearing flannel-lined jeans and a hoodie. And I get an email from First Energy saying if I don't conserve electricity there may be managed blackouts. WTF? by BeltfedOne
People said the same thing about A/C and heating being installed in everyone's homes and businesses, I imagine you're not old enough to recall that.
Yet here we are, enjoying A/C and heat with electricity that scores of negative people said couldn't be adequately supplied.
It's all a matter of infrastructure, the energy sources and tech to create adequate electricity are there, the generation, storage and distribution is the expensive and long process.
Civilizations work best when there's a necessity, it's the only reason you have modern amenities.

Reply to Winter driving in PA all seasons vs Snow tires. What do you have and why? by RemoteStatement
IMO, for central PA, winter tires will give you peace of mind.
You'll curse the season if it doesn't snow, it will seem like a waste of money. However, you'll want to kiss your winter tires when you get back and forth from work without issue. Everyone else will be slipping and sliding, you'll be cruising and asking "is that all you can do?!"
Could always trade that FWD for an efficient AWD with high quality all-seasons and you would have a similar experience as having winter tires on a FWD.

Reply to For those who die on the hill that “PA is a commonwealth, not a state”, I’m curious….how many states do you think there are in the USA? 50? 46? by ScrappleOnToast
I had a coworker "correct" me in conversation when I regarded PA as a state back when COVID was hot.
I asked, what is the difference? The answer... commonwealths are socialist.

Plan to use your car as little as possible, parking can be painful Fri- Sun.
Rent bicycles.

Coincidentally, I listened to a lady with a similar story at a Trulieve dispensary. While the Budtender was sympathetic, they didn't offer a refund or swap on an open, used product.
They offered her advice on strains and she ended up buying something else.
If I were you, seek advice on strains and keep that edible for future usage.
Unless the edible was rancid and caused illness outside of the effects of cannabis intoxication, then..perhaps talk to a manager or corporate to reconcile.

You've already paid to replace the engine, on what I'm assuming is a BMW?
Because you said they replaced the engine. If the warranty didn't cover it, and you didn't pay anything, who paid to have the engine replaced?

Lemon laws don't apply to used vehicles.

What are you hoping to gain by hiring a lawyer? You purchased a car with a warranty, then you needed to immediately use the warranty and they've been working on it such as replacing the engine.
So it sounds like they're working with you, it's just taking a long time.
Are they providing you with a loaner? That would be a nice convenience for you, I'd push for that if you don't have one.

Ye is entertainment.
Human-driven climate change is not entertainment, it's a boring reality that individuals feel helpless on.
