As far as I'm aware the SN30 Pro does not support the software, the SN30 Pro+ does. Not that I really care either way, have no use for the software

I have an SN30 Pro which I think is great, but it doesn't have any software so can't comment on that. But bad software is so common nowadays that I can't even really discredit that
