Watch your wrist placement when typing. Carpal tunnel is painful. Make sure your screen is at or just above eye level to prevent neck and upper back pain.

Dental hygienist told me to think of your teeth in quadrants. Do one front tooth to the back. Then the other front tooth to the back and same on the bottom teeth. Start at the gum and work your way down. Then do backside the same way. 30 seconds per quadrant. That way if anything is stuck in your gums it works it’s way down and out.

Get a punching bag for at home. We got an indoor exercise bike recently…it’s a cool way to get active relieve stress. When you exercise it releases feel good chemicals in your brain.
