Technocopia has a lot of members that are into that, and some equipment. Check out their open hack Thursdays at 7, or the robotics club Saturdays at 1.

Maybe where they put in the new boardwalk around does reservoir? It's not super long and doesn't loop though.
If you're going for distance something like the Minuteman trail or Charles River Greenway near Boston may work better, but they're a bit far. MassBike has a good map of various types of trails.

Where do people find roommates? Is there a popular listing site, and are any more reliable/ less sketchy than others?
And how are things generally priced out? It's hard to compare prices with so few listings.

Mine shattered within a month of getting it. We just need better bins, not everyone can be home and/or awake between 6 and 7:30 AM.

Westborough has a good program for students with severe disabilities, but in my experience don't believe "smart kids" would ever need accommodations.
Going in with a diagnosis may help, the stuff I struggled with was a bit more nebulous. My mom had to fight them on every front for testing, and even with my results they didn't accommodate me until my senior year. I was making "adequate progress". They made her find the exact legal wording that forced them to test me in high school, and told me if I disputed any of the subjective "observations" they wouldn't have time to put my 504 through before college applications (when at that point I just wanted to show that I did all I had while struggling with a disability they refused to accommodate).
I can't say whether they'd work for your kid, but they didn't do well with me. Kids who are the "right" type of smart can flourish there, and most of the other students meander down the path to graduation without major issues. Bullying happens, but for every terrible teacher there was a great one, they have a lot of opportunities for kids to explore their interests, parents have a lot of opportunity to help out in the elementary schools should they so choose, and it's well funded. I'm not saying steer clear by any means, it's overall pretty good. They have their failings, and this was one of them. Take this anecdote and make your own decision.

I went a couple weeks ago, and have another appointment coming up for different critters. I've never had issues scheduling or getting a hold of them, it's odd that you did.

I used Martha Convers at Lamacchia to buy my house, I believe she does rentals as well. If not someone else at Lamacchia does. She and several others there are also bilingual Spanish/English speakers if you'd find that helpful.

I take my menagerie to the odd pet vet, a bit of a drive but good prices and great care. They had two bearded dragons being cared for in their lobby at my last visit. (I didn't ask if they were temporary or permanent residents but it shows they have experience with the species)

I had overheard something about theatre, I think they were attending a performance. They seem to be leaving one of the buildings there right now.
