Swin has THCA flowers. It's the most barely, technically federally legal of the farm bill exception products. It's literally type 1 cannabis carefully grown, tested, and harvested so that it never tests above the legal limit of D9THC. But, of course, when you smoke or vape D9THCA, it instantly decarbs into D9THC. If you don't want to wait for proper rec to start next month, find some THCA flower or try some alt cannabis products. It's not uncommon for people to prefer D8 or HHC to classic D9.

Most of them aren't purpose built in my experience. Most of the UPS stores I have been in are in prefab strip mall locations. I went to one a few years ago that was built into a larger store setup and you could enter the larger store directly or by passing through the UPS store. That location had automatic doors.

Antkind is actually tentatively the book I am feeling this over. Sewer, Gas, and Electric: The Public Works Trilogy isn't as weird and trippy as I had hoped. Its obvious nods and homages to Illuminatus! only emphasize how sane and low risk it actually is. Meanwhile people seem to struggle to describe Antkind the same way I do Illuminatus! and it has me riled up. But I'm gonna ignore the advice posted here by a few people and make myself finish SGE: TPWT. Seeing books through is an important part of my reclamation of reading from trauma. And I want to have as much context and detail as possible to work up a good analysis of the book's--thus far increasingly problematic--"electric negro problem" and other race issues.

To me, the value in Goodreads is how thoroughly categorized, tagged, and complete their catalogue is. I've used it more than once to find books that I used to own but never read based on the most miniscule details. All I remembered about The Innamorati was that it had a maze and a cool cover. Goodreads has an enormous list of books with hedge mazes and labyrinths! I found it with some casual browsing while watching reruns.

The vape shops are just more visible. They want to be on main roads for visibility. There are more churches because churches are all over. They're in neighborhoods, on country roads, in out of the way places. They have reverse iceberg shapes. The visible churches in high traffic areas are the tip of the churchberg, while the visible vape shops are the main underwater mass of the vapeberg (pronounced vape-eh-burg). Church runs deep. It saturates.

I can't advertise the location (both for my safety and because I simply don't have the authority) but I plan to let people use my hotel lobby as a warning station. I'll also probably let anyone who wants it have coffee or tea. Normally they'd get onto me for the coffee, but it's Christmas weekend. I fucking dare'em. =P

Because it's a take/explanation that doesn't remotely encompass or explain the cross Atlantic Aldi situation. Aldi Nord and Sud are two separate companies, both of which have different American branches. So calling it "Americanized Aldi" is saying that it's the American version of two different stores, which is extra confusing because one of them is Aldi on both sides of the ocean.

As someone who worked a crazy late shift, I have a soft spot for them. I don't like to gamble myself, but at least half the places still open when I get off work are open for the VLC machines. If I want a snack on my way home, I go to the Sinclair with the VLC. The only head shop I go to is Smoke Science because they're open late for VLC users. (Admittedly that one's pretty uncommon these days. So tired of scanning QR codes to find alt cannabis products that aren't scary.) If there was a grocery store open until 2am for VLC players, I'd be there once a week minimum. I don't even like to gamble with fake money in video games, but if someone else can have fun keeping a store open late for me, I'll take it.

Okay FINAL UPDATE, THIS STORY GOT MORE COMPLICATED:

This cat, also known as Do Right (?) was not at all associated with the guest who stayed in the room in which the cat was found. He belonged to a completely different, totally unrelated guest staying in another room. The guest from the room in which the cat was found purposely left a soiled cat carrier to be thrown away and accidentally left some litter. He came back today to show me his cat and clear his name so he didn't get banned from our hotel. The cat in question, mister Do Right, slipped past his owners to get outside without their knowledge. Now here is where the drama started: finding himself shut out of his room, he wandered down to an open room with housekeepers (familiar ladies he had met before) and cat supplies. The housekeepers, finding a cat in a room with some gnarly, used cat supplies, assumed it was an abandoned cat with abandoned cat supplies. That's when they brought him to me. The guests to whom he belongs did not realize he was missing until late last night and had to check out this morning. But they stopped by the lobby and described the cat to my manager and left contact info. I was able to get in touch with them and HE HAS BEEN REUNITED WITH HIS FAMILY! They were able to describe him in detail. I had a vet appt for him tomorrow to get him checked out (we were considering fostering or even keeping him if our housing management would let us just register him and start paying pet rent) and they intend to keep it just on principle because he was out of their care for a while I made sure they knew he had been favoring his right front paw for a while last night. So, crazy story, but HAPPY ENDING!

Um, what? I need more details. Is there a cats left at hotels problem? Are you legitimately familiar with this specific cat? Are there more posts on reddit concerning this cat? What do you mean?

UPDATE: Cat seems to have a hurt foot. I spoke with an emergency vet to get some advice. They seem to think that he can wait for morning as long as he will eat and doesn't seem too lethargic. He objected firmly to riding home with me, so I'm hoping that's a good sign for his general well-being. If he doesn't eat or gets worse, the emergency vet is right down the street from me. It would just be a very difficult bill for a found cat I can't keep.

EDIT: He ate a little and is very angry that a stranger has him in a cage alone in her spare room. I do think he'll be okay until I can get him to help tomorrow. He'll handle care better with some quality food and clean water in him.

Tbh that carrier wasn't going in my car without being washed. But yeah, this is an inside cat who wouldn't make it long in the wild. Even just doing the bare minimum will give it a chance. It's not any of our regular parking lot ferals, and I don't think this mild mannered baby would stand a chance in their world.

Are they a no kill shelter? I can't immediately tell based on the website, and I know there's a no kill Humane Society location I can take them to.
