Reply to How will you spend your time if/when AGI means you no longer have to work for a living (but you still have your basic needs met such as housing, food etc..)? by DreaminDemon177
I believe people should spend their lives finding what they are good at and trying new things exploring and being thankful for being alive. It’s more to life than just working until we die. Even with AI I believe humans haven’t reached the full potential yet for inventing and creativity. Learn the piano learn to dance or explore space.

That makes no sense bro how the ai clearly explains its point and logic but you still don’t get it? At the end the person said reply how a teacher would too.

AI won’t be what yall think it will just forget about it whoever has it first the government will just seize it for “National Security”. If not that it would probably just take over everything for itself.

Reply to Chat-GPT 4 is here, one theory of the Singularity is things will accelerate exponentially, are there any signs of this yet and what should we be watching? by Arowx
We are not in the singularity but we are definitely close though. I say so because it hasn’t drastically changed society in many ways yet and we aren’t making enough science improvements. Whenever they release models that can interact with the world around them or just have more abilities to sense our world and is being widely used is when real change happens.
