Please follow the rules of the road, especially at lights and stop signs. They apply to bicyclists too

There are no off-leash places at Lincoln Woods. Please be respectful towards those that don't want strange off leash dogs running up to them and their leashed dog. It's rude and dangerous. Doesn't matter if your dog was "trained for it"

I went there for the first time yesterday because I was in the area. The rec line was getting longer and longer with like 3 registers opened and then four or five baked employees huddled around one computer doing who knows what.

It's a drab depressing setup and I felt dirty after I left. I've never been to a place like that and I definitely won't be going back

Rhode Island Hot Yoga - Every class is a beginners class. The 26&2 series is the same every time. Just make sure you don't accidentally sign up for the intermediate class first! That combined with some Yin classes they offer make for a nice yoga routine

Another vote for riverside. I don't like living in East Providence but it's better than Portsmouth. Being close to Newport isn't really that attractive. It's over-hyped.

I lived in Bristol which is just over the bridge and it was a pain in the ass to get anywhere.

I take dogs out a lot in that area and you have lots of choices. Rose Larrissa Park has shoreline access. Haines park has wooded areas for exploring by the boat launch. There are some walking paths in the woods by Kettle Point that connect to the bike path.
