We have heat pump and heat pump water heater. 1400 sq feet. No gas or wood at all. We only pay 400 on bad months. So I have no idea how you spend that much

I would like to delete a lot and condense a lot. Then DEEP audits of spending. Especially on contractors that seem to empathize with ripping off the government.

Greed is a big factor. I think a lot of rich people are trying to make it a big issue to try to get more laws that support their entrenched ruling class.
