Bit older than 14.
Ness was a publicity hound. Yeah, alcohol consumption quickly gets problematic.

Yeah, some random bureaucrats put Capone away.
Ness lived long enough to turn himself into a legend. He was charismatic.

The real Elliott Ness was pretty boring.
Drinking used to be worse back then. Americans would get drunk on their lunchtime. Alcohol apparently ruined lives.

You had to have been young in the 90s.
I remember a 1997 review of the pilot and the LA Times pointed out how bad the FX were.

Roman Polanski raped an American kid. Wasn't an accident.
Most nations don't extradite except for murder or terrorism.
A lot of nations won't extradite murderers to America because some states practice capital punishment.

Stra Trek has humans abandoning religion. But alien religions are okay?

Unless you're named Zac Snyder, you can't make flops.

Black men weren't allowed on the front lines. I believe they were also exempt from getting GI Bill benefits.
So many US military casualties are oops moments, not combat fatalities.
