Improvising and playing by ear has nothing to do with learning tabs or proper musical notation. Some of the greatest folks to ever play by ear or improvise don’t even know how to read music.

It’s not to say the rest of us can’t ever be a great improvisational musician, but a lot of it is pure gifted talent.

Give it time, play every day, solidify your fundamentals, keep your nails short, and get better one chord at a time.

I speak fluent fake Italian, there’s no way I can say this in fake Italian.

It’s a lot like people that live in a flood plain. When it floods you get the people that are like, “Why would this happen here!?!?”. But…people still choose to live there.

Buffalo is no different. It’s a perfect recipe for lake effect snow bomb disasters every. Winter. - but, they’ve made it long…why change what’s not broken, I guess?

What? This is actually normal for us northerners. What was concerning is the snow we weren’t getting before January the past few years. It was nice (in a way) to get another good December dumping.

Also, early winter tornados aren’t entirely uncommon for the south.

The smaller conferences are represented by hopefully having a high enough ranking to show you can actually compete outside of your own conference.

Generally we see undefeated teams from the smalls rank somewhere by the end of the year - but usually they have at least two non-conference losses…

That’s uhm…how it is? Six spots go to the six highest ranked conference champs, last six go to the top six highest otherwise ranked schools.

Actually, no religion is 2nd.
