Cho's always had an excellent selection of fish. Used to visit every 2 weeks until I learnt to fish and traveled to CT for my bass and parties! Prices are pretty decent.

But yes, never forget to ask for your fish head 😂😂

That is rough...had my roof replaced by Charm City Roofing today...tore off old shingles and stripped roof to the wood, lay new underlayment, and put new shingles and gutter system. They did find some rotted wood on both ends which they charged me an extra $100 or so to replace but that was part of the contract. Done just in time for the rain tonight.

Wish you better luck with home improvement projects and contractors in the future.

I would suggest spending a couple of weekends in Baltimore driving through different neighborhoods day and night with the listings you pull up online, look through these Baltimore reddit subs and talk to folks before making that move. As of now, commutingwise I would go with Pigtown or Fed Hill but you need to see the street and neighborhood first hand. Pics and videos online can be deceiving. Peace of mind is priceless.

Same issue. Contractors have quoted me 2k to blow in and seal attic spaces. You can rent a machine at HD and do it yourself for under 500. This winter has been mild so haven't affected us much. But definitely get it done by spring or you will be baking first heat wave in the summer.

Sounds like you are paying for multiple apartments and not just yours. My rowhome is your apartment size with drafty windows and crappy attic insulation and my total BGE bill at the highest was $150 and I work from home with my gf. I suggest you get a full analysis of what area in the house your BGE covers cause it sounds like you are heating the landlords apartment as well....

Audit Manager here. If you have lived in Norfolk comfortably, you will be fine here. I am in Pigtown next to 95 and BWP and commute is easy. The higher you go, the longer your commute is.

It all depends on your budget but I would suggest South Baltimore neighborhoods (Barre Circle, Fed Hill, Pigtown closer to Ravens Stadium) as areas to look at. Look at the prices of houses as your barometer of where you want to live.
