The affordable care act prohibits insurers from denying you based on a pre-existing condition. If you have filed for SSDI, if you have enough work history you will be eligible for Medicare. Masshealth is income based like any other Medicaid

Reply to Visiting in late March. Will there be snow? Should I get a rental car? by Professional-Dork26
You need a a good water proof shoe and layers. March can be our greyest and wet month but could randomly be 70! Tbh if you’re not a walker start getting your steps in because you really can’t drive the freedom trail. Car rental and parking are very expensive so Uber will be a better option for anything non walkable

I was saying how the tri town has access to Beverly not to live there. I jumped ship on Beverly in 2020 and enjoying my peaceful acre 15 mins down the road

Topsfield, boxford and Middleton. North of the city, close to many trails as well as beaches and great school systems. Easy access to Boston but also smaller cities haverhill and Beverly which both have great food/bar scenes

I would say the coastal towns touching Boston don’t have this vibe. Ipswich and Hamilton are places where everyone has a coexist sticker but they’re boycotting affordable housing on the commuter rail

It’s trustafarian/nimby vibes. Very vocal socially liberal majority that just doesn’t want anything affordable in their town.

I worked for a human services program for years. The best special Ed program in the area is north grafton, not too far. I also supported a few families in the mendon/hopedale area and there are many programs in this area as well

End of life care costs are what keep our amazing health care system afloat. This has nothing to do with religion but rather corporate healthcare greed
