Just bought pillow cube pillows on black Friday after reading some recommendations on this sub. I'm a side and back sleeper (go to sleep on my side and wake up either on my back or my side). So far I haven't had any issues and neither has my wife. We've both had respiratory infections since the day before they got here so our nights haven't been very sleep filled regardless.

Brands in general, some will send you a replacement part no questions asked. Example, I have Kershaw knives with a safety (screw, washer, and plastic stopper). It costs Kershaw more in postage than the parts combined, but they'll send a new kit when the plastic stopper eventually breaks.

Breville does not sell individual components for repairing the ovens, so I'm not a big fan anymore.

I literally needed just the door retainer spring for the smart oven air, was told by customer service "nope, not available."

Are the eyes stickers that the owner attaches? I've seen a few with the orientation random-like.
