This is the biggest reason. Numbers are artificially low because the data is only based on PCR testing done in a lab. Since alot of people use rapid home tests now, positives don't get counted. Is this a stupid public health policy? Yes. But our gov probably loves it this way since his fan base includes covid minimizers.

I live in Byrd Park and rarely drive...there's a bus on my corner and it's easy to either walk or bike everywhere. You said you have an electric bike, so do I. That's a great way to get around.

Ok. When I got married 10 years ago it was 2K I believe. No reason for me to check it since, just remembered it was cheap back then.

Main Street Station can be used for weddings. It's about 2K. Capacity is at least 100 people but you will need to arrange for all your own stuff like tables. Went to a wedding there once and it was great!
All inclusive: check out the Renaissance Conference Center. Looked at this as an option for my own wedding a few years ago and I know 2 people that did use it. I can't remember the exact price but I remember it being under 10K and we were looking at 100-120 guests. Www.renaissanceva.com

Reply to Looking for company suggestions for putting solar panels on my home. by Chrome2279
We had a good experience with Sigora actually so I would recommend them. Several neighbors on our street also used them and had good experiences. Buying the panels outright was too much upfront for us so we financed and they had the best rate. They were quick and got the work done as promised.
